Got a question? Take a look at our FAQs about the custom packaging process. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us through live chat, one of our online forms, or give us a call at 1 (800) 725-9660 to speak with a custom box packaging expert now.
You can contact us through our website's live chat or call us to discuss the details of your order. Once we receive and verify your project specifications, a member of our customer service team will contact you with a free quote. As you go over the quote details together, you can ask your customer support representative questions about artwork, mockups, and others. Once you've agreed on the project details and pricing, we'll send you an invoice with many popular payment methods to confirm your custom boxes order.
After you get your invoice, we produce mockups so you can have a preview of the custom boxes before mass production. The mockups will be based on the design you sent us, however, our service team is available to provide recommendations or design revisions. As mentioned, our graphic designers can also help you develop your box design from scratch using your desired dimensions–regardless of if you need anything from mailer boxes to product boxes. Refine Packaging can then create a sample from that design you agreed on.
Production for your shipping boxes will only go full blast after you inspect the mockups and approve them. Once we fulfill the quantity you need, we'll advise you on production time for your custom orders, then we’ll ship them to you to meet our stated delivery date.
